Litigation-specific fields, at scale
Each litigation gets its own list of fields: diagnosis dates, exposure history, product identification, whatever that mass tort requires. Every case in the litigation carries the same structure, so nothing is tracked in a side spreadsheet.

Fact sheets fill themselves
Plaintiff fact sheets pull from the fields already on the case instead of a paralegal re-typing the same client history into a template hundreds of times. What changes on the case updates the next fact sheet automatically.

Reporting stays current
Caseload reporting reflects the inventory in real time: how many claimants are at each workup stage, which are missing records, which are ready to move to ResolutionHQ.
Built for volume, not for one case at a time

Because the fields are the same ones the case already carries from CaseHQ Client Management System, there is nothing to export and re-enter. Workup, fact sheets, and settlement data all read from one record.
