We are a remote-friendly company that does not track time off. A sick kid, an errand, or a walk in the middle of the afternoon does not require permission. We hire people we trust and judge the work, not the hours.

The common thread across the team is that we understand both sides of the product: the firms that run their practice on it, and the people with legal problems on the other end of the chat. Several of us are attorneys. Others spent years doing intake before joining. That experience shows up in the product decisions.
