Settlement data, ready the moment a case is
ResolutionHQ is the fifth product in the SimplyConvert platform: settlement administration on the same case record that started as a chat on your website. Claims data is already structured from Intake, CaseHQ, and Mass Torts 360, so ResolutionHQ centralizes it instead of rebuilding it.
How it works
- 01
Claims land already structured
A case reaching ResolutionHQ carries the fields, documents, and history it picked up in every earlier product. Settlement amounts, liens, and disbursement data do not need to be rebuilt in a spreadsheet.
- 02
Deficiencies become tasks
When a claim is missing something, a task goes to the person who owns fixing it, with the case attached. Nothing waits in an email thread or a shared drive.
- 03
Stakeholders see what they need to
Give co-counsel, a settlement administrator, or a lien resolution firm a view scoped to their claims, without handing over the whole docket.
Deficiency resolution, tracked like any other task
A settlement queue stalls on the same handful of problems: a missing signature, a lien that has not been resolved, a disbursement figure that needs sign-off. ResolutionHQ turns each one into a task with an owner and a due date, the same way CaseHQ Client Management System handles work earlier in the case.
Managers see what is outstanding across the whole settlement without asking around, and closing the last task on a claim is what moves it to paid.
A record that answers for itself
Every change to a claim, from either your team or an automation, is timestamped and attributed. When a claimant or a co-counsel asks about a disbursement, the answer is on the record, not in someone's inbox.
That same history is what a case carried through Intake, CaseHQ, and Mass Torts 360. ResolutionHQ does not start a new file. It finishes the one that started with the first chat on your website.
