Know who changed what, and when
Every case keeps a complete record of its own history. Field changes, status moves, documents signed, automation runs. Each entry shows who did it, what the value was before, and the exact time.

How it works
- 01
Everything is recorded automatically
There is no 'remember to log it' step. Changing a field, moving a status, signing in CaseHQ, or running an automation writes the entry on its own.
- 02
Humans and automations, side by side
The feed shows staff edits and automation runs in one timeline, clearly labeled. When something changed overnight, you can see exactly which workflow did it and why.
- 03
Old values are kept
Entries record the before and after, not just 'field updated.' When a date looks wrong, you can see what it was, who changed it, and decide which one is right.
Why this matters when you automate
Automation without an audit trail is a leap of faith. You are trusting that the system did what you configured, with no way to check. The activity feed is what makes hands-off work safe to trust: every automated change is inspectable after the fact.
It also settles the everyday questions. When a client asks why they got a text, or a partner asks who moved a case to demand, the answer is a timestamp, not a meeting.
Answer for any case, any time
