How it works

    You request, the client sees a checklist

    Send a form, an e-sign document, or an upload request from the case, by hand or through an automation. The client gets a link and a simple list of what is left to do.

    They complete it on any device

    Forms are plain questions, not PDFs to print. Signatures happen on screen. Photos upload from the phone's camera roll. No account setup beyond the secure link.

  3. 03

    Answers become case data

    A completed form fills the mapped fields on the case. A signed document files itself. Uploads attach where they belong, and the automation waiting on them moves the case forward.
