Structured data, not a document pile
A case in SimplyConvert is a set of real fields with types, not a folder of PDFs with a sticky note on top. Dates are dates, so you can filter by them. Amounts are numbers, so you can total them. Statuses are shared across the firm, so a partner and a paralegal mean the same thing by "in demand."
That structure is what makes the rest of the platform work. Automations can act on field changes, Ask SC can answer questions about your docket, and settlement data does not need to be rebuilt in a spreadsheet at the end.
